Which carriers and return QR codes can I use at OBITCO?
OBITCO provides direct access to FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL services, with available service levels based on the shipment and destination. OBITCO also accepts UPS Happy Returns QR codes, FedEx Easy Returns QR codes and USPS ID or Label Broker QR codes. OBITCO cannot scan Amazon return QR codes issued specifically for The UPS Store. Follow the location and return method shown in Amazon's instructions.
Can I drop off a prepaid package?
Yes. OBITCO accepts eligible prepaid domestic packages and also offers secure drop-off options. Open the shipping-services page or call for carrier-specific restrictions.
How do I send a file for printing?
Use the direct File Upload button in the top menu or the upload link in the footer. The direct upload service accepts common print formats and sends the file into the required production workflow.
Is IT pricing available before I visit?
Yes. The IT Services page lists current in-store, on-site and remote prices, including ticketing, shop-supplies and emergency-service policies.
Do I need an appointment to sell coins?
Walk-ins are welcome when a representative is available. Appointments are recommended for specialty items and collections larger than a shoebox.
What are OBITCO’s hours?
The shop is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM and closed Saturday and Sunday.
